Soleil Skin, LLC (“Soleil Skin,” “we,” “us”) is a solo esthetician practice in Southwest Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

When you book an appointment, we collect the details you enter into the booking form: your first and last name, email address, phone number,the service you select, and any notes you add. If you contact us by phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to share. We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this website — payment is handled in person at your visit.

How your booking is handled

Online booking is powered by Square. When you book, the information above is sent to Square to create your appointment on our calendar and to send you a confirmation and reminder. Square processes this information as our appointments and payments provider; its use of your data is governed by Square’s Privacy Notice. We also keep a record of your appointments and, if applicable, in-person payments in our own secured studio database (hosted on Supabase) so we can manage your care and our books.

First responder & law enforcement discount

If you tell us you qualify for our first-responder discount, we note that eligibility with your client record solely to apply the discount. We do not ask for or retain copies of any credentials.

No tracking or advertising

This site uses no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and no third-party marketing pixels.We don’t build advertising profiles or sell your information to anyone — ever. The site is served by Vercel, our hosting provider, which processes standard technical request logs to deliver and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use what you provide only to schedule and prepare for your appointment, to contact you about your booking, to keep accurate treatment and payment records, and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. We keep records only as long as needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask any question about this policy, by emailing SoleilSkinSWFL@gmail.com or calling (239) 431-1251. We’ll respond in good faith and within a reasonable time. Note that appointment and payment records tied to a completed booking may be retained where we’re required to keep them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
